Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Aspirareads. If something isn't right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.
Return window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with any accessories included. We may ask for proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
Return shipping costs
Return postage is the customer's responsibility. You pay to ship the item back to us, and we recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.
If your item arrived faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong product, we cover the return cost. Just contact us first (see below) and we will sort it out for you.
How to start a return
Email us at support@aspirareads.com with your order number, the name and address on the order, and the reason for the return. We reply within 24 to 48 hours (on business days) with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send anything back before you have heard from us.
Once you have the instructions, please post the item back within 14 days using a tracked service.
Refunds
When your return reaches us, we inspect it within 3 business days and email you to confirm. Once approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 7 days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few extra days for the funds to appear on your statement.
The original shipping charge, if any, is non-refundable, except where the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards and any items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at support@aspirareads.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will make it right at no cost to you.
